Siska S. Hutapea
Founder and PresidentFounder and President of Cornerstone Valuation Guam, Inc., Siska S. Hutapea has engaged in real estate research, valuation, and consulting both on island and internationally for over 30 years. Under her leadership and vision, CVG is Guam’s leading real estate valuation and advisory services company. We Value is the company motto and is upheld not only in the services provided, but in interactions with staff, clients, vendors, and the public.
Siska has trained 5 of Guam’s licensed/certified appraisers. She appraised privately owned 77,000 parcels in Guam in 2014, bringing world-class expertise, and implemented the first GIS system in Guam.
Siska’s commitment to professionalism is reflected in her 6 global professional real estate designations—the only person on this side of the Pacific with such credentials. Her comprehensive research skillsets have brought her to neighboring islands in Micronesia, including Saipan, Palau, Pohnpei, Kosrae, Yap, and the Marshall Islands.
She was recently named one of the 2025 Top 25 Influential Women on Guam. Her civic activities include founder and Past President of the Guam Women’s Chamber of Commerce, Chairwoman of the Guam Economic Development Authority, and many others.

Kimberly Kono
Certified General Appraiser
Ms. Kono began as a Research Analyst at Cornerstone Valuation Guam, Inc. in 2015 and transitioned to a Real Estate Appraiser Trainee in 2018. Ms. Kono holds a degree in Business Administration concentrating in Finance and Economics from the University of Guam.
Ike Perman Solomon
Research Project Assistant
Mr. Solomon began at Cornerstone Valuation Guam, Inc. in 2024 as a Research Project Assistant for the 2025 island-wide real property revaluation. Mr. Solomon holds a degree in Political Science from the University of Guam and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in construction management from Louisiana State University.

Edred Jules Giralao Samelo

Mr. Samelo started as a Research Project Assistant at Cornerstone Valuation Guam Inc. in 2025. Mr. Samelo is currently pursuing a degree in Pre-Physical Therapy at the University of Guam.
